Dr. Bharat Dash
Dr. Bharat Dash is a management educator and trainer who specializes in using Panchatantra narratives as a pedagogical tool to connect principles of self development with organizational and leadership practices. He has conducted more than 350 seminars, workshops, and courses across sectors such as healthcare, education, insurance, paramilitary services, steel and mining, and automobiles.

He has been appointed as a Master Trainer by the Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) Division of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to train university-level teachers in Nitishastra and storytelling pedagogy. He is also associated with the Malviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP) of the UGC and has conducted faculty development programmes for several central and state universities, including Osmania University, Guwahati University, North Eastern Hill University, BIT Mesra, IIT Patna, Panjab University, and Ranchi University. He currently serves as the course coordinator for the IKS thematic programme on Nitishastra and Arthashastra and has been a member of a UGC panel for syllabus development in Political Science.

As a teacher and mentor, he has been associated with reputed institutions in and around Mumbai, where he has taught subjects such as Design Thinking, Innovation and Creativity Management, Business Communication, Integrated Marketing Communication, and Nitishastra through Panchatantra. He has also served as a TCS-empanelled faculty member for a specialized Design Thinking programme for engineering graduates. At present, he is the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Eastern Knowledge Systems at Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha.

An IT engineer by qualification, Dr. Dash holds a PhD in Nitishastra and Panchatantra, a Master’s degree in Marketing Management, a Master’s degree in Economics, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Design. He is also UGC-NET qualified. Before entering academia, he worked with organizations such as Infosys, CitiusTech, and HCL Infosystems.

He is a certified Yoga Instructor accredited by the Yoga Certification Board, Government of India, and Yoga Alliance, USA and is a TEDx speaker. Through his initiative Katha Pratha, he works to disseminate the teachings of Panchatantra and other Indian classics, with the aim
of nurturing better teachers, professionals, leaders, and citizens.

Dr. Susmita Halder
Dr. Susmita Halder is an accomplished academician, researcher, and clinician, currently serving as Professor of Psychology and Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Studies at St. Xavier's University, Kolkata. She is also the Secretary of the Asian Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Association.

Ashutosh Angiras (Dr.) former Associate Professor & Head of the Department of Sanskrit at Sanatan Dharma College, Ambala Cantt with 36 years of teaching, has led and edited academic publications, directed research and training initiatives, completed multiple UGC‑ and ICHR‑sponsored research projects, and organized over a hundred national and state seminars and workshops. Ms. Anamika Bhattacharyya
A preclinical drug discovery scientist, Anamika has extensive training in physiology, biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology for therapeutic applications. Born and raised in the family of an officer in the Indian Air Force, she had an enriching experience of growing up in various parts of India with culturally and socially diverse environments. She had an invaluable learning journey while pursuing her higher education at globally renowned institutions including the University of Calcutta (India) and Georgetown University (USA). While pursuing her Bachelors in Physiology, Masters in Biophysics and Molecular Biology, and PhD in Cell Biology, she garnered extensive knowledge about human health and well-being specializing in immunology, inflammatory disorders, and infectious diseases. Later, with a deep understanding of signal transduction mechanisms in cell physiology/immunology, she was able to successfully apply her expertise using evidence-based medicine to augment translational therapeutics in the biopharma industry by correlating various environmental triggers and their role in human pathologies. A biologist by training, communication has always been Anamika’s strength. Whether it is reaching out with facts to an audience of scientists/students, justifying the scientific rationale for a business proposal, or narrating a fantastical story to children, her oratory skills have been appreciated by many. Uma Dey (PCC, SPHRi) is a seasoned leadership and life coach who integrates whole
system coaching with neuroscience-enabled practices to drive meaningful transformation.
With nearly two decades of experience in the HR domain, she has worked with leading IT
conglomerates such as Cognizant and Capgemini, earning the reputation of a competent
and compassionate HR professional among her industry stakeholders.
She is a global member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has been
serving as the Director of Events for the ICF Kolkata Chapter since May 2025, contributing
actively to the coaching community.
