I am certified coach (ICF - PCC) from Eriksson International and also certified in neuroscience coaching, Enneagram Coaching, and leadership assessments like DISC, Belbin\'s Team roles and TLC (The leadership Circle).Team Coaching Global Certificate, Postgraduate certificate in Family Business and Corporate Finance Certification from IIT Madras. I coach Business Owners, Leaders, Senior Management, Board Members, Directors, and Leaders who shape the company\'s culture and Processes. Focus areas for my coaching are startups CXOs, and Leaders from MNCs , top management of Medium and Large enterprises.
